Our Company

We have been serving the needs of the manufactured housing industry for over 40 years. We started out in 1962, as Kaufman Supply. The company quickly built a reputation as a leading supplier of manufactured home products thoughout the southeastern United States. We became the primary distributor of the Intertherm line of heating and cooling products in the area. With warehouses and showrooms in several states, the company grew into one of the leading distributors in the industry. We have served the Lakeland area since 1985, and have been in our present location since 1990.

In 1998, Kaufman Supply was acquired by WATSCO Inc., the worlds largest distributor of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Soon after, we merged forces with Atlantic Air, another WATSCO company, to form Atlantic Service and Supply. In 2005, the company was realigned, and the distribution segment was placed into a new division, Prime Supply.

Beginning in January 2012, the distribution sector of the company was placed back under Atlantic Service and Supply, where we continue to offer the absolute best in products and service to our customers.
