how uncomfortable life can be when your central air conditioning system fails. Here in Central Florida, we rely
on our air conditioning nearly everyday! Plus, we also realize that many of our older residents rely on their heating
systems more during our cooler months. We know how important your climate control is, so let us keep you in your
comfort zone. 7 Days a Week ServiceConveniently located in Lakeland, we are able to provide rapid service to
most of central Florida. We are able to service all brands of central cooling and heating systems, and we are authorized
factory warranty service providers for all Intertherm mobile home equipment. Due to recent budget and personnel reductions, we have had to restrict our emergency service hours and
area of coverage. We currently have a technician available for emergency calls till 9:00 pm local time. Emergency service is currently available to customers in Highlands, Hillsboro, Manatee,
Orange, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk counties. We still offer non-emergency and warranty service to our entire coverage

When
calling for service, you can expect to have someone travel to your home and diagnose what is wrong with your appliance (all
part of the service call charge). It is guaranteed that the service technician will not smoke or use
foul language in your home. With honesty as a foremost quality, you can be assured that you will be given every option
available to resolve your problem. Our service truck has the most commonly used parts to fix most jobs on the first
call. If a part needs to be ordered, it will usually be available in 1-2 days.
We respectfully ask that animals be put away while a service person is in
your home (it is not unusual to have an animal jump on us while servicing the system or even run off with one of our
tools).
Here are a couple of tips to help when calling for service about your system:

If
your air conditioner is not cooling well, turn it off and leave the inside fan "on" several hours before a service
person arrives. If there is a refrigerant leak, the indoor coil may have turned into a large ice cube, and this
must be melted before it can be repaired or charged. This will save you time and money!
Many problems are repaired quickly.
If you have taken anything apart out of curiosity, please reinstall everything as it was before. More times
than not, a product has to be reassembled to properly diagnose the problem. Reassembly prior to our arrival will
save you money in labor charges.

Regular Maintenance is Critical for a
Comfortable HomeRegular maintenance is critical for the longevity
of your air conditioning system. Without regular maintenance an air conditioner looses about 5% of it's original
efficiency for each year of operation. This means that the 12 SEER unit that you bought just a few years ago may be functioning
like a 9 SEER unit today! The good news is that you can recover most of that lost efficiency through regular maintenance. Annual Air Conditioning Maintenance Means Lower Energy Bills!Studies show that with regular tune-ups a unit will maintain up to 95% of it's
original efficiency. The annual cost of proper maintenance is quickly recuperated in savings to your monthly electric utility
bill and typically reduced repair costs, if any are necessary. Atlantic Service's 12-point Air Conditioning Maintenance Program- Check Freon, add up to 2 lbs if needed

will be on a quote basis Air Conditioners Last Longer with Quality Air FiltersIn addition to bi-annual maintenance, we recommend buying good air conditioner
filters and make sure to change them on a regular basis. On an average, once per month, the filter should be replaced or when
it appears covered with dust, debris and other particles. Keep
Shrubs and Any Obstacles At Least 18" Away from Your A/C CompressorNext, keep bushes and other materials away from the outside unit of your air conditioner. Another good idea is to
avoid closing supply air outlets in your house. In almost all cases, closing supply outlets is harmful to the operation of
the overall system.
