	HEATING AND COOLING INSTALLATION We carry and install quality Intertherm air conditioning equipment, both self-contained package and split systems. We buy direct from the manufacturer, and maintain a large stock of equipment in our warehouse. In addition, we also stock a full complement of installation parts and supplies, also purchased direct from the respective manufacturers. Elimination of a "middleman" allows us to maintain our low prices, while providing quality service and equipment.          Many older units literally use twice the electricity that new systems do.  If you have an older air conditioner, it may pay for itself to have it replaced.  Call now to schedule an appointment to service and evaluate the air conditioning system in your home! If needed, other brands, such as Gibson and Frigidare are available thru our network of associated partner companies. While most residential and manufactured home installations can be completed in a single day, factors beyond our control may cause delays.
	AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE Our qualified service technicians can diagnose and repair all major brands of air conditioning systems. Our service trucks are fully stocked with common replacement parts, and our warehouse contains many more. Buying our replacement parts direct from the manufacturer results in a lower cost to you, our customer. In the event a required part is not available in our warehouse, we can normally get it within 24 hours, although certain specialty parts or equipment may take longer.
	ADDITIONAL SERVICES     In addition to service and repair, we can install UV filter systems to prevent the build-up of mold and bacteria in the air conditioning system. We can also install the Kool-Kap condenser fan cover to help keep the condenser clean and free of debris.
